After a phone call or email received from you the client, we will ask for basic project information to schedule our initial consultation.
At our Initial consultation we will walk-through your property taking notes of your wishes and different ideas you would like incorporated in the design. We will also take detailed measurements of the planned area being mindful to take in consideration any drainage drains, sprinkler heads or value boxes and any other possible obstruction that would need to be moved.
Many clients don’t have a idea of what their hardscape project will cost. We will provide you a rough estimate of what the project will cost so both the client and our designers can design on a agreed upon budget.
Shackleford Landscape Group designers will use the notes collected from our initial consultation to provide you with a 2D design and detailed list of materials to be used. Once a design has been generated, we will contact you to schedule another site meeting to discuss the design, exact cost, our warranty and various additional options priced separately. We encourage revisions as it is much easier to make adjustments on paper now then half way complete of your hardscape project.
Approval of Plans & Marking Utilities:
We will submit any necessary paperwork to your home owner association or township for approval. If any adjustments need to be made we will contact you with suggestions to get plans approved.
Prior to installation local utilizes will be contacted to mark of all utilizes and any obstructions like drainage drains, sprinkler heads or value boxes in the planned hardscape area will be moved.
Finally your hardscape project will be installed, We use the same crew to complete the entire project from excavation to the last paver installed. If you would like any adjustments prior to the last paver being installed we will make them before finishing the project.
Finial Site Walk through
We will walk you through your hardscape area to make sure your satisfied with the project. We will also show you how your hardscape area works if you decided to add additional options.
